Lisa Phillips moved to Hilton Head Island from Tampa in 2000 and has called the island home ever since. Married to John Phillips, Lisa built a career in property management where she developed strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine commitment to making homes and communities run smoothly. Those professional strengths pair naturally with her people-first approach: she loves meeting new neighbors, building connections, and helping others find the resources they need.
Outside of work, Lisa’s life centers on family and animals — she treasures time spent with loved ones and enjoys caring for the pets who share her home. An active volunteer and community supporter, she believes in giving back through hands-on involvement and local partnerships. At home she relaxes and expresses her creativity through cooking and baking, often using those kitchen creations as a way to bring people together.
